It's great to be a geek. And this blog is all about the geeky stuff I like, which tends to be science fiction and cult fandom television shows and films.
I've spent a lot of time and money celebrating my fangirlish tendancies and had some amazing adventures with my sister and the friends we made at our very first convention.
Being a fangirl is shiny. You go to amazing places and meet people who love the same weird and wonderful things as you, and sometimes you meet the actors who bring the stories you love to life. Just remember to stay away from the dark side - even if they do have cookies.
